Anthony is a businessman based in Johannesburg, South Africa who has excelled in the LED and entertainment industry with projects ranging in scale from Monaco to the home Shores of South Africa and now part of the aquatic industry with acrylic fish tanks, pools and aquarium viewing windows along with his partner Brett Raymer.
Chris Wessels – Tech Lead and ICT Specialist
Chris Wessels is a Tech lead and ICT Specialist with more than 25 years of experience in Systems and Network Architecture and maintenance. He started developing software in 2015 and for the past five years, he’s been developing Client Facing Frontend Applications with Microsoft .NET Core and RectJS.
Dennis is the General Manager for AMC Global where he is in charge if producing custom aquariums and acrylic aquariums. His work portfolio is extensive and includes a wide range of projects including building some of the world’s largest aquariums and the installation of hundreds of custom acrylic viewing panels all around the world. The variety of projects Dennis has been involved in have includes major hotels & casinos, zoos, museums, theme parks, restaurants, retail centers, as well as private individual clients. He has had the pleasure of working on reality shows as well as outfitting the homes of top celebrities.
Dennis has carried out projects that have had small contract values up to multi-million dollar price tags. He has project management experience in exhibit waterproofing as well as underwater viewing panel installation.
Dana had already been working in the glazing industry for 8 years before his career in the acrylic industry started when he worked for Reynolds Polymer Technology back in 1988. He worked in their manufacturing plan and learned how to cut, router, sand/polish, chemically bond patch and acrylic, even packaging, crating & shipping.
Dana traveled to the different job sites during this time frame to learn their installation methods, worked there for 6 years and started his own company, revolutionizing the fabrication and installation of the acrylic and glass viewing panels. He has worked on almost every U.S. state installing every brand, size and shape of acrylic in the world. Dana was involved with over 600 projects and installed over 4,000 underwater acrylic or glass viewing windows. He is well acquainted with most of the major acrylic manufacturing companies facilities with businesses ranging from construction of aquariums, zoos, parks and museums.
Justin Portnoy has an extensive background in animal habitat construction. For nearly 30 years now, he has helped with the design and construction of habitats in public zoos, museums, aquaria, and other similar facilities around the world.
He has gained valuable hands-on experience with building artificial environments for a wide array of animal species. He has helped construct everything from large pools for whales, dolphins, polar bears, and such, to so smaller exhibits for primates, reptiles, amphibians, and the like.
Justin specializes in rigging and installation of glass and acrylic viewing panels. His work includes mastering construction trades, cranes, heavy equipment, concrete injection, waterproofing membranes, epoxy coatings, scuba work (underwater leak repair and acrylic refurbishing), and the hand sculpting of artificial rocks, trees, coral reefs, etc.
Brett Raymer – COO
Brett Raymer is a businessman and reality TV show host born in Brooklyn, New York City USA. His career as a reality tv star came to prominence after being featured in the Animal Planet reality TV series “Tanked”, in which he and his coworkers built a varity of aquaria and tanks for high-profile clients.
